Question: Who is conducting this recall?

Answer: Lucas Innovation, the manufacturer of the grill, is conducting the recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Question: Why is this grill being recalled?

Answer: The cooking chamber of the grill can melt and/or ignite which poses a risk of fires and burn injuries to consumers.

Question: How do I know if I have a recalled grill?

Answer: The recall covers certain Perfect Flame brand Model GAC3615 four-burner grills within date codes KU, KV, KW, KX, KY, or KZ. (Not all of the grills in these date codes are subject to this recall). The name "Perfect Flame" is on the grill hood. Please check the grill model number (GAC3615), date code and serial number located on a label on the right side cart frame panel against the chart below

If the grill is a model GAC3615, and has a date code and serial number listed on the chart, it is recalled,

Question: What do I do if I have a recalled grill?

Answer: Please stop using the grill immediately. Disconnect the propane tank, and return the grill to the nearest Lowe's retail outlet to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the grill. It is OK to partially disassemble the grill in order to return it to the Lowe’s store, but you do have to return the entire grill. One easy way to disassemble the grill is to remove the four bolts that hold the cooking top to the cart and return the top and cart as separate pieces. Do not return the propane tank.

Question: I have no way to get the grill back to a Lowe's store. What do I do?

Answer: Please stop using the grill immediately, disconnect the propane tank, and store it away from the grill. Please call our toll free number at 1-877-385-8226 to speak with one of our customer service representatives.
