Important Product Safety Recall Notice

Dear Customer:

Lucas Innovation, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is recalling certain Perfect Flame Model GAC3615 four burner LP gas grills with date codes KU, KV, KW, KX, KY, or KZ. These grills were sold at Lowe's retail outlets as Item Number 271567. The cooking chamber of the grill can melt and/or ignite which poses a risk of fires and burn injuries to consumers. No injuries have been reported.

Please check your grill to see if it has been recalled. The name "Perfect Flame" appears on the hood of the grill. Only date codes KU, KV, KW, KX, KY, or KZ are included. The model number "GAC3615," the serial number, and the date code are located on a label on the right side cart frame panel. Affected serial numbers are:

If you have a recalled grill, please stop using it immediately, disconnect the propane tank, and return the grill to a Lowe's retail outlet to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the grill.
